I wet a paper towel and rubbed a little water on the window in the area I wanted to place the decals and they stuck to the windows without any problems. I put them on the inside and I went outside to look at a few before I continued to the next window and I noticed that the ones with my blinds closed behind them showed up better and were not as sheer as the ones with the blinds open so I put a few on without taking the white paper backing off and the decals showed up better than taking the backing off so I'm going to see how leaving the backing on works for now. I like them and hope they stop the birds from hitting the window.

These were so easy to apply, and even move around if you don't like the placement at first. We live in Panama, and have fairly reflective windows. We are up in the mountain jungle, so there are many, many birds. We were getting several strikes a month, only some of which recovered to fly off. It broke my heart, as I love birds. Getting these decals was a great solution, and so far, we have had no strikes since. I placed them on every other window pane so my view is still unobstructed. And because we have lots of hummingbirds here, they blend right in with the natural birds. We've even had some hummingbirds fly up and hover in front of the windows checking them out. They're sheer, so they don't block the view, but show up enough to be a deterrent. I applied them on the outside to make sure they show up well, and they're doing just fine in the weather. I couldn't be happier with them.

I'm disappointed. These are not what it was expecting. I was hoping to uses these for my car but they aren't bright enough. I put them on my windows on my porch and alothu you can see the from the inside, you can't see them from the outside. :(

The decals are pretty and can be removed and put back on. They aren't really bright, and I have a deck above them, but my Hummingbirds can see them just fine. I've had several Hummers fly right up to them to check them out. No collisions on my windows this year.

I used these on inside of our single pane storm doors. They are held by clinging, and easy to take off. They do keep the birds from flying into the door. They work well.
