36" Benton Collection Mirror reflection Bathroom Sink Vanity - Model # BWV-025/36 Ashley

You will notice in photos 2 - 5 the lovely, sculptured marble backsplash behind the fixture on this beautiful vanity. That was one of the things that sealed the deal for me in ordering this gorgeous piece. Disappointingly, mine only has a measly 1" tall trim strip of marble across the back. How disappointing! I spent so much time looking for the perfect vanity for my new bathroom; I took one look at this and fell in love. The piece itself is lovely, and alone, would merit five stars. The glaring omission of an obvious component is why I cannot give it a perfect rating. The communication with Chan's was good beforehand. It is really tough to get something this heavy, loaded on a palette, out of the street, which is where the delivery guy set it down. I was afraid that it would get hit by a car while I tried to find help to get it into the house. That may or may not be an issue for you, but be aware.If Chan's happens to find a backsplash and send it to me, I will happily change my review. This may seem like a small matter to some people, but in putting forth the time, effort, money, and inconvenience for a complete bathroom rehab, it is not a small matter to not get what you think you are getting. The picture of the vanity on-line does not do it justice. The vanity is absolutely stunning out of the box. My vanity slips into a small half-bath that's 35" wide and I hated to not have the sides exposed since it's so beautiful on front and both side views. It was also in perfect condition - packers wrapped it really well. Love it - might order one for upstairs bath also.

Not happy with this purchase. Mirror cracked and knobs fell off. Wish I could send it back.

Love this bath vanity. Was afraid to order on Amazon but went ahead as I never found anything comparable at big box stores and am so glad I did!! Arrived in middle of snowstorm on a skid... very well packed...believe shipping company is big factor in this as we also have long driveway-not easy delivery...in perfect condition-all mirrors intact and no scratches-looks FAB in bathroom remodel. Saw similar in fancy showroom in our area for $$$$ big bucks. Chan's was easy to deal with.Top is marble with BEIGE veins-not gray as indicated on phone-still very pretty- and drawers are not perfectly smooth but even in summer humidity they work alright...am THRILLED whenever I look at this-also replaced our floor with white mosaic tile and looks great together.

This vanity is the most superior product I have seen for the price. The detail is incredible, the sink is very deep which was a pleasant surprise and the stonework detail can't be beat. The seller has been nothing but stellar with emails and phone calls. I also purchased their matching mirror and it was also extreamly well built. I have been doing the "vanity dance" since I uncrated it yesterday. The packing and shipping were perfect and believe it or not it came fully assempbed!!! Even the drawers were in place. There is wonderful access in the back for plumbing and they have used eveery inch of the drawer space they could and also detailed out the plumbing space. I am now ordering a second one for an additional bathroom..... :)
