A simple,light and refreshing drink
The taste is subtle with a small, reasonable amount of sweetness.I drink it casually, but I also like to drink it after/during working out and I was pleased by how hydrated I felt.Try it a different way by pouring it into a mason jar or other drink container,pop a few slices of lemons and/or limes and chopped fruit and refrigerate overnight and it turns into a marvelous lemon+birch water !

Nice Flavor
This birch juice has a very nice flavor. It is slightly sweet, but also a bit sour, overall very refreshing. I'm originally from Poland, and we collect birch juice in early spring there. If you like it, or drink it for its properties, it's nice to be able to buy bottled one without any additives. Sealand Birk is pure, organic birch juice.

Full of natural antioxidants & natural minerals; mild 'sweet' flavor-prevents the headache you normally get from skipping lunch!
Birch water is fairly common up in New England and enjoyed for its ability to 'fend off the flu and colds...'- I cannot attest to that part but I can assure you it is packed with antioxidants that thwart ketones because you skipped a meal or did not have time. This would be an excellent beverage to stop the ketone build up from the inevitable headaches and sour moods as ketone build up left unchecked can stir up other negative health issues. These are NOT large bottles and they are not 'cheap'- you will get what you pay for nearly every time. It is worth it to me to keep these stocked in the garage fridge so if it is before noon and I am heading out-I will grab one even though I know I will eat lunch before 2PM or so. Do your research on natural birch water and decide if you feel you are worth it-sure beats H2O! Different flavor selections- I prefer 'natural'. Shake well and enjoy!

Who knew - that juice from the birk tree could be this good!
Sealand Birk is just addictive! This juice has a great taste and it helps you rejuvenate after a workout or any physical activity you might engage in. The blueberry flavor is nice and smooth, my favorite among the different available flavors. Try it! I highly recommend this product.
