What's your experience taking the Allergy Research Group Nattokinase? Pros/cons?

I think nattokinase has prevented more blood clots in my legs. However, I switched some time ago to the NOW brand, which I am convinced is just as effective as Allergy Research's product, and much cheaper. But since then, I also stopped using the NOW nattokinase and switched to Dr. Frank Shallenbergers' Circutol, which contains 50 mg of nattokinase, but is more effective than nattokinase by itself, Shallenberger claims. I put a lot of faith in him because he introduced prolozone therapy (ozone injections) in this country, as far as I can tell, and it has proven quite salutary for me.

I'm not sure what you mean by that question. I took nattokinase from Allergy Research Group for several years before discovering that I could save a lot of money with a different brand. I chose the reputable NOW brand, which serves me every bit as well. ARG is the brand used by researchers, but I'm not a researcher, and don't feel the need for anything that refined. I began taking nattokinase after experiencing four blood clots in my legs over a period of about 12 years, and haven't had any clots for about eight years now.
