Chrome 3-Shelf Wire Shelving with Wheels 14"x30"x36"

I ordered this 14"x 30"x 36" rack to match up with a larger 30"wide rack. The price was pretty high but it had to match the exact size. When it came in, the screw piece that joins one of the poles to the other was loose in the box and when I tried to put it back in, it just fell out again making the entire rack worthless. I called the manufacturers number, and a very nice guy took my order number, looked up the order and shipped me a whole new leg which fit perfectly which arrived in 2 days. A slight annoyance, but they handled it well and the rack is sturdy and doing just what I needed.In the end, I had to give them 5 stars for their effort to make it right.

For the price, you can find a much better quality set of shelves, but these were the only ones that came in the size/depth I needed to fit my space. This is a very basic set of metal kitchen shelves. The legs are narrower than the standard style made by companies like Metro, so they are not interchangeable with other, more industrial types of shelving. The actual shelves are made of much smaller gauge wire as well, so they are less robust overall. The diameter of the legs is closer to around 5/8" as opposed to the wider 1" legs used by Metro and others. These are closer in quality to the little shelving sets made for shoes, and small storage. I am using this for basic storage, which it should suffice for, but I doubt it would hold up as any kind of kitchen work surface, say with a butcher block top. I have my doubts regarding the 450 lb weight capacity claim in the description. This is an okay set of shelves, but, unless you require this particular size, you can definitely find a better deal for the same price.

I downsized to an apartment with limited storage. Across from my kitchen is a small closet which I use to store baking and entertainment items I don't use often, cleaning supplies, and tools. I installed this shelving unit there to hold all of these things neatly. Now everything is easy to find and return when finished. This unit was easy to assemble and it is very sturdy--should I move, it is something that will go with me.

Not heavy duty, but the width fit perfectly within a tv cabinet that needed shelves. To strengthen the shelves I placed my own shelve liners.

It went together easily and is sturdy enough for light storage. I didn't use the wheels, but they were really light duty.It works for what I bought it for - a stationary shelf in a pantry.

Nice stand to store items in the closet/pantry or garage.

Looked long and hard for cheap and sturdy shelves. These are them. Excellent.
