To start, I was under the Impression each pill would suppress appetite and bout gave up the 1st week taking them because they did nothing for me. The 2nd week I started to notice I wasn't starving like I usually was. The 3rd week, I am feeling normal now, not hungry all the time! So I started researching would it effect the medication I am on? What are the side effects? I talked with my doctors and got the go ahead. Now would it work? The answer is yes. Wow really? Yes it works. Can I be ridiculous with carb intake and it works? No! It’s not a magic pill 💊 it’s a supplement when used correctly you can lose weight and still enjoy eating some carbs daily. Once in awhile you can enjoy a treat and still lose weight. Moderation and exercise (very low impact) you can start to enjoy a heathy lifestyle. I still have a significant more weight to lose but I can see the end results and know that I can maintain my final goal. So I repeat, pure and simple it works. Also with this brand you take one pill to the other brands of 6 plus pills. Which begs the question, what is the others filling their pills with? Do your own research and if need be talk to your doctors. I know I found the best carb blocker out there for me. I started taking this brand in April of 2022 and have lost 13 pounds more.

I have been using since October. Take one capsule before bed. They seem to keep my metabolism going all night. It has been easier to control my weight.

I wasn't clear on first Review, Some products work great for a number of people, for example my wife takes Tylenol for headaches and works great for her, I take it, I feel no relief. I have to take Aspirin for relief. So, in fairness each person will may see different results. Also, Company gives refund. You have nothing to loose.

I've only been taking these a week but I can already tell a big difference! I'm a snacker and these really help with appetite control. I don't sit at my desk and snack just bc I'm bored now and these seemed to have started working the first day I started taking them! I've lost 8 lbs in 1wk bc I haven't been eating just to have something to do when I'm not hungry. I can't remember if I put these on auto delivery or not, but I will definitely be adding them to my subscriptions. I love carby foods but while taking the WKB every day, if I get fries or something high in carbs, I can't even finish an order bc I get full so fast. I've always been that person to make a "happy plate" whether I was full or not, these just won't let me do that...I eat until I'm full and that's all I can do. All I can say is that this product is awesome and if you're not on it, you're truly missing out. (I do not take these for keto purposes, I was just looking for something to help with all of my snacking and appetite control. I've gained so much weight since covid hit and I couldn't get it under control bc it's just so easy to snack when I get bored, thankfully this has cut down on that and I'm praying it continues to do so with diet and exercise!)
