BDFHYK 47-43026Q06 Water Pump Impeller Repair Kit for Mercruiser Alpha 1 Gen 2 Outdrive, Replaces 47-43026Q06 Sierra 18-3265

Installation went smooth for my 25hp 4 stroke 2011 mercury outboard. Bought an impeller before this one it was larger wrong part. Ended up taking it apart and getting all the measurements then ordered should have done that in the first place. There's so much part# and serial numbers to try to find the right one to match it's difficult. I hope this helps Aloha

Watched a few youtube vids and it was easy as pie!

Came with everything needed to replace the impeller for my Mercuriser alpha 1 gen 2 drive. Not as high quality as OEM parts but for the price, it's a win! The key for the impeller was a little loose fitting on the drive shaft, but works.

Our Mercruiser V6 was getting hot at idle but fine most other times. This was my first attempt at replacing the outdrive impeller. Didn't require any special tools. A couple of things to note, this job is much easier with two people. On the Mercruiser lower unit don't forget to disconnect the little oil line connector when you drop the lower unit. I was ready to drop the lower unit and luckily noticed the oil line. Have some sort of stand ready that will hold the lower unit upright so it is easier to work on. Everything is included in this kit. It all seems to be OEM quality. There will be some parts you don't need but it's pretty easy to figure it out. Mark the bend direction of the old impeller blades upon removal. I have about six hours on the boat since we installed the new impeller. It runs like new again.

Poor quality part. Lower gasket missing. I just sent it back ant went to Outboard Spares.
