Buttons failed after less than 1 month of usage. Seller wants 20% of original cost to fix and return.
This was purchased as a Christmas present in 2017. Less than 1 month later my kid started having issues with the Trigger button operating erratically. A couple weeks later the button stopped working entirely.We went to the seller to see how it could be repaired and he stated it was outside of warranty. Though the device is supposed to be "Brand New" with only the customizations I wonder how a controllers buttons could stop working in less than 3 months. I know some people are rough on controllers but this controller was barely used during this time. We have other custom controllers from other sellers that have never experienced this problem with over 3 years of use.Won't be purchasing from this "modder" ever again.

Amazing I needed a new controller and wanted to treat myself for Christmas and get something for myself and when I tell you this was an excellent choice feels great and works great the crome on it is amazing the design amazing and it came on time really glad I bought this item looking forward to buying something else one day

Got this as a birthday present for my boyfriend and he just absolutely loves it. I have also used it a couple of times when he shows me how to play different kinds of games. It works perfectly for us. 2 months in and no problems, no sticking, and still looks as good as it was when it came in the package.

legit dualshock 4. only front has design. directional buttons feel stiff and stick the slightest bit. the aluminum sticks are a cool feel
