There are a lot of fancy more expensive brake levers but these are perfectly functional, simple, and aesthetically pleasing. The only thing to consider is that you won’t get a barrel adjuster at the lever (usually there’s one at the lever and another closer to the brake itself). This may appear to be a downside but I find that there’s plenty of range with just one adjuster and, unless you’re making adjustments on the fly, you should be able to get it feeling good during your initial setup.

I got these to put on a classic bike I was converting to a street bike (Schwinn Paramount all Campy). I put a (fairly) straight bar in the Cinelli stem, and these levers were the perfect match/fit! They look appropriate for the bike and they feel and work great!They went on without a problem, clamped tight, and the Campy cables attached as expected.

I purchased these for a mid 80s road bike conversion from drop bars to porter style handle bars. They matched well aesthetically, were easy to install, and seem to be a quality lever.
