Does mod podge work to attach paper to plastic?

I wasn't sure, so I tried it for you- I used regular notebook paper and an empty cottage cheese container. I brushed a thin coat of mod podge over the container, smoothed the paper down well, and added another thin layer of mod podge, making sure there were no air bubbles. After about an hour of drying, it felt pretty securely adhered. I would imagine that with a few more coats to seal it and finishing with a clear acrylic sealant, it could work out very well.

Is ModPodge interchangeable with acrylic matte medium? Are they the same thing?

I think modpodge is just PVA glue thinned with water. Google modpodge pva. If so, modpodge is not waterproof unlike acrylic, and it is white but dries clear. And it is flexible like vinyl when it dries.

I'm putting fabric on furniture and I used the fabric mod podge on the fabric but I'm out it & wondered if one of the other glues could subsitute?

I've only used matte mod podge and only on jigsaw puzzles. It works wonderfully on the puzzles and I would probably use it on other things. I'm not sure, though, about fabric on furniture.

Got a gallon of mod podge and the bottle is cracked + there's no screw top. What is the best way to "repackage" so it doesn't dry out? Thanks!

you might want to put it in a clean empty gallon milk jug. Make sure you put a piece of saran wrap over the lip before you put the cap on if it is a snap on lid, or use the screw on lid
