I like this product. My dog destroyed it by racing around the room and snagging the cord only to rip the wires out of it, but the product itself was excellent and I shall buy another one shortly. What I loved about it was the others on the Zoom call said what they were hearing was a lot better than when I was on speaker on the laptop. Plugs right into the USB port, and I had no installation issues. It began to work a few seconds after I plugged it in the first time. It does have several audio control on the cord of it, but I prefer to use my laptop audio controls. I recommend this for Zoom calls.

Doing a late review on this one. I used this for about 6 months. Its still perfect and working well. Noise cancelling is awesome. I replace this with another one though, only because I was doing training on a job and I was listening to a recording of a phone call and I could only hear one person on the one ear. The second person on the phone call recording was not possible t hear since it only has one side ear. I needed left ear and right ear in order to hear both parties. So I ended up getting another headset with two side ear. I will still keep this one as a backup in case I need it. Its still a good headset and I recommend it if you don't have a need for both ear. Hope this helps.

I work at a call center and the quality is amazing!! Noise cancelling is great and I can hear the customer clearly and they can hear me great too! No interference whatsoever! It is comfortable and I love how I can switch the ears and the mic has great sound quality when I speak. Awesome product and recommend this seller!! All you do is plug it in and start using it!! Thank you so much!!

This headset was everything I needed and well made but I had to return. I needed a USB ready unit and this was not. You have to install this and I cannot do that on a work computer. I should have done my homework!
