Q: How do you remove a stuck cap from the top of the shaker (new)?

Twist the cap back and forth as you pull it off.

Q: Both covers are stuck and the drink is inside... how do I get it out??

Had the same issue. Rubbed a little lube around the edge, spit on it and wrapped a warm cloth around it. I yelled out “ one, two, three, Biden ridin!” And all problems were solved.

Q: Can someone tell me what the dimensions of the wooden stand are?

9 3/4 L x 4 1/4 W x 2 3/4 T (inches).

Q: Does the gold color comes off after multiple wash?

Not that I known of I washed mine several times and it’s the same
