Smells nice, helps soothe the dogs skin
Nice gentle shampoo for my puppy, nice smelling a lathers well. Seems to have helped with her itchy skin.

Does the job
Kills the fleas for sure. Our big boy got an infestation despite us always using spot-on treatments, a flea collar, and treating the household with flea sprays.We washed him down from head, neck, body, legs to tail. Lathered it and left it on for 7 minutes. You could literally see the fleas trying to crawl out and dying. Rinsed him down and so far we have not had a return of the unwelcome visitors.

Needs a few apllications but leaves the dog's coat soft and free of doggy pong
This isn't one of those shampoos to leave your dog smelling like strawberry bubblegum, but it will remove the doggy pong and leave their coat nice and soft.When I wash our dog I have generally been applying this three times. The first time doesn't lather much as I guess it's really having to work hard to remove whatever is in the dog's coat. The second and third applications lather up more and I feel confident it's getting the dog clean. I'm not crazy about the smell, it's more herbal / minty than anything.The shampoo does claim to remove biting insects. I can't verify as I'm not sure our dog has suffered with any of these.But our dog's coats is nice and soft and smooth after a wash in this. Once she's dried off fully she has basically no odour. I use this every 4 weeks or so when she get's a bit whiffy.

Clears away fleas and leaves a lovely clean smell.
Excellent product. My dog had been scratching and fleas had been seen in his fur. He will not allow me to give him the usual flea treatment (he goes mad as soon as he sees the pipette) I decided to try a shampoo instead as he really enjoys having a bath. I bathed him in this shampoo and he hasn't scratched since. Seems to have definitely done the job and his coat is clean and glossy and fresh smelling.

Ineffective or not effective enough on some coats
This product needs improving! Whilst it may be highly effective on smaller breeds and breeds with thin, short coats, it is NOT particularly effective / certainly not effective enough on larger breeds and thicker coated dogs. - Users of this product need to be aware, the product may need applying to the animal repeatedly over several days or longer... One bathing with this product is not enough for some breeds.

Avoid at all costs
I am a dog groomer following this quality and quantity is important, after ordering this and realising it was only 1lr I tried to return however this product has a no returns policy and it's not exactly cheap! This is not stated when purchasing.Secondly I went on to use this product as I couldn't return it and it left a huge skin irritation, red sores appeared on my clients dog !I would be greatful if someone could contact me rather than a virtual robot
