I don't use these as a supplement but rather as a replacement for the ridiculosly expensive Salt Sticks for distance running especially in the summer months to prevent cramp. Whilst not as nice tasting as the flavoured Salt Sticks these neutral salty tabs can be swallowed whole (they're pretty small) or if you don't mind a slight salty taste will dissolve quickly in the mouth. For their size they have a very high salt content, work well and are priced very reasonably. Recommended.

As a lady in my late 50's, I have been suffering from night cramps for many many weeks. I even sought advice from my GP recently, as they had been waking me up during the night and frankly I was exhausted.I came across these and read the reviews - sceptical as always, but nothing gained nothing lost.What can I say - they work. I have not had cramp once since I started taking these. They have become part of my bedtime routine.
