This cheese grater is excellent, would highly recommend. I just grated through a big slab of parmesan with ease. It feels solid and hard wearing. It is easy to wash up with no hard-to-reach spots. Very pleased with this item.

I will never buy shredded cheese again!!! This product is easy to use and grated cheese so fast. I also recently made hash browns and it grated fresh potatoes with ease, Love it. I buy them as gifts too.

I've used this to grate cheese and shred carrots. For cheddar or monterey jack cheese, I've used the coarse grater. For carrots I find the slicer to be better - save the coarse grater for making carrot cake. I haven't yet tried the fine grater, though it should work well for a hard cheese like Parmesan. Assembly for set up and disassembly for cleaning are easy. Cleaning up after cheese requires soap and water. For carrots, a water rinse is enough. This will not give you pretty slices - for that you need a good sharp knife with good knife skills, or a good mandoline. Also, for food for a crowd, a food processor would be more efficient. But this is great for when you're trying to get food prepared quickly. I've always been frustrated trying to use a Mouli grater. Now I can get rid of my Mouli grater, since I have this one.

We've tried this on several different surfaces, and the suction mount just doesn't hold, even on very smooth countertops. The grater is pretty tough to get really clean, but it does a good job on firmer cheese. Be sure to use cold cheese if its a softer variety.

I like using this to great cheese, the only complaint is it does not lock down like it says. But I still like it.

This kitchen tool is a great life saver and saves me money not having to buy frozen hash browns . Now I buy potatoes by the bag and save sooo much that way.This is so easy to use and I’ve used it at least 4 times per week. The suction base works very well. This is is easy ti clean and it’s built very sturdy. This has paid for its self in so many ways. Buy it, you’ll like it.
