Works well for plantar fasciitis
This precut tape worked well for my plantar fasciitis while on vacation abroad. The adhesive is strong and better than most brands. It lasted all day while I wore sneakers and walked around in humid weather for 12 hours. Cannot be reused. And I wish it was cheaper. But I would buy it again and use it for days when I know I’ll be walking a lot for work or travel.

They work well. Adhesion is very good.I find taping, like in attached photo, works better, but I’ll buy these again.

Does not stick & can't provide adequate support
I found this item as an alternative to the tape that was placed on my feet by the podiatrist. It says that it has a 24-hour wear but the tape doesn't even stick when going on. I made sure my feet were clean with alcohol and dried so that there was no residue when applying the tape. The tape still is not sticking to the heel area. Extremely disappointed especially after experiencing pain and reading the reviews that said that this provided relief.

Worked great in a pinch!
I was nervous about extensive walking on a trip to NYC after i recently discovered I have PF. This tape, and shoe inserts, saved my feet! By day 3, the only foot pain I had was from all the walking, but my PF pain (heel/arch) was almost nonexistent.

Works very well
The adhesive is very strong. Do not keep the tape on for too long because it will rip your skin off. This tape did help relieve pain for plantar fasciitis.

Did not stick well, rolled and you can't get it wet like Kenisio tape
I got this item to help with my painful plantar fasciitis but this was zero help. It went on fine but as soon as I tried to put my shoe on it rolled across the front. It did not feel supportive either and actually made my heel hurt worse. I pulled it off in 10 minutes. The ad doesn't tell you that you can only wear it 24 hours and can't get it wet either. If you get it wet you have to change it right away or the adhesive is a problem. I was hopeful but this is not the product for me, will be returning it.
