what is the hole size (not screw ones)?

don't even bother the holes are not taped just punched ....threads strip easily....it's a thin piece of plate thats been bent into an angle shape....it just sucks!! look for pre-tapped standard "rack angle" is my advice!! and this isn't it!!

Can these rust if used outdoors?

I’m pretty sure they will but it will take a long time they are coated I assume it would start in the screw holes where is screw had one put in and then take it out so there’s better metal hope that helps just my opinion

How much total load can these handle?

I think it can handle what it claims, that is 10U for 10U equipment's weight..etc...

What size screw holes does this have for the equipment mounting

5mm for the gear-mounting holes and 7mm for the frame-mounting holes. It comes with 16 standard rack screws. They're really tight and hard to get in the first time but they work well.
