Raw sugar adds sweetness to tea without really changing the flavor. I’ve been using these sugar cubes for years. Decades, even. I have tried other brands, but come back to this one because the cubes are a consistent size. I know exactly how sweet my tea is going to be without any guesswork.

These sugar cubes are very tasty in coffee and offer the right amount of flavor and sweetness. They have a slightly caramel flavor and dissolve in a heated cup of coffee. Once you try these you will be hooked!

I have been using regular white domino refined sugar all my life. I recently started using brown cubed sugar. I have used the Saint Louis pure cane french brown sugar cubes and found them to be good. They are rough cut so that threw me off a bit since they weren't consistent in size so I had to guess how many "cubes" to throw in each cup of coffee. I then come across these Gilway sugar cubes and purchased them after 2 long days of research for the best sugar type and found "Demerara" sugar cubes are the purist.WOW is all I can say! Just from looking at them I knew they were better. They are raw sugar cubes finely and evenly cut consistently and have this almost beige color to them. The french sugar cubes I had were pretty dark brown. I got a airtight glass jar and dumped a whole box in it. I got my whole household hooked on them right away. Just looking at them through the jar tempts you to take one because they look like those caramel candies but lighter in color lol. I even started to eat them like candy actually lol. I suck on them throughout the day which I never did with the other sugar cubes I had. If you are looking for sugar cubes look no further!!!! Thank me later :)

Product as expected

I like taste. IMHO it is priced well. Great for making traditional Cuban coffee using double shot of espresso. Doesn't dissolve very easily. So make sure what you put it in is hot. I also used it to make a simple syrup. I have and will buy again.

Use it for cup of coffee or tea .Brown sugar cubes sweet enough and good size.

The absolute bee's knees, if you will, for that cup of tea that needs a little something. No freaking anyone out with a clanking spoon a la 'Get Out' either; drop one in before you pour from the pot and it's dissolved by the time you pick up your cup to drink. I don't always use sugar depending on the blend [& my mood ;-) ], but if I do, it has to be THESE demerara cubes or the calories just aren't worth it.

I use these sugar cubes to make drinks. They have a bit of a molasses flavor. Smoke them as well to use in Old Fashions.
