The cost of these excellent external Circlip pliers is negligible; and one quickly appreciates how much time they save compared to a “make do and mend” way of thinking. Don't know why I put up wíthout circlip pliers all these years, fiddling around with screwdrivers and pliers. This is an excellent sturdy tool which did the job in a matter of seconds. Good price too.

I picked these up as I was getting tired of wrestling with circlips and using makeshift tools. For the price, I wasn’t expecting miracles, but they’ve actually done a solid job. The tips are straight and precise, which is great for getting into tighter spots. I used them on a stubborn external circlip on a lawnmower axle as well as a Level holder and they held firm without slipping or flexing. The spring is strong and the return makes repeated use easier on the hands and its definitely appreciated during longer jobs. Build quality feels decent. They’re not professional workshop level, but for general DIY use around the house or garage, they’re more than up to the task. The grips are comfortable and don’t feel like they’ll fall apart anytime soon. Overall, good value for a DIYer who needs a reliable pair of circlip pliers without spending a fortune. Cheap as chips and perfect for domestic use. I bought to replace a door handle spring and these removed / replaced the circlip a treat. Mind, these are mass produced in China and you can tell and I’d not buy these if I were a trade, obvs.

I bought these pliers to make paper clip chains and these pliers are first rate for this job. Effective, good quality, easy to use and great pricing. Just really happy with these.
