This didn’t hold up well. It’s all plastic and I have kids that want to “help” it lasted a while and did the job but it’s mostly plastic. While it worked, it did the job but it didn’t last long enough to even get through a couple of months. YMMV but I’ll be looking for something more sturdy.

I bought this because so many people said it was bright. It is not. The eggs barely glow, and it is certainly not good enough to show you what is inside.If you just need to see shell flaws, this will work.If you need to see the inside, which is really the point, then you'll apparently need to pay more.We returned it.

It was great to candle the eggs we had for preschool.

Extremely cheap. Primitive construction with little functionality. Hollow plastic encasement, single led bulb powered by plug-in circuit. The light emitted is very dim; my iPhone flash is much brighter.

I thought this would charge then I could talk outside to check my turkey nest. Or eggs a broody chicken is laying on. I need something I can take and use outside and this is for indoor /plugged in use only . Now looking for something that can charge and be used outside . Also this light is NOT very bright at all .Cheaply made

This worked good to check our eggs to see if they had started growing chicks. The light was bright. It was easy to put together and easy to use. The kids were able to use it without assistance.

The adapter buzzes like it's going to catch on fire. It doesn't stay on and you have to hold the cord in to get it to work.

Not impressed. All plastic. The caps wobble on the light I just really dont get this one. You have to plug in and rather short cord. Cheap and awkward looking. Invest in a quality portable light.
