Q: Will this nvr work with annke ip cameras that use sd cards for storage (i'd rather use nvr)? they are model "121bj" pt ip cameras

No, ANNKE cameras model I21BJ and I41CR are both standalone cameras. The are designed to work by themselves so they cannot be added to any DVR.

Q: If i buy this dvr, and some of the amcrest amc4kbc28-b camera, what do i need to complete the poe connectivity?

Check your model numbers out I believe this model DVR is coax and does not support POE. If you have existing POE cameras already powered and connected to a switch that is on the same network as the DVR they should be able to be added to this DVR but there is only 1 Ethernet port on this model and it is intended to connect to your router/internet switch not directly to a camera.

Q: Is hard drive installation plug & play?
