Always have this in stock when I smoke pork.
This is an excellent rub. Its perfect if you want a more savory type rub and finish on your smoked pulled pork. I prefer this over the traditional sweeter rubs because this Head Country ribs lets me use my smoked pulled pork on buns (with a sweet or Carolina style sauces) or as carnitas on a corn tortilla with some pico de gallo.

Family favorite and recommend with High Plains Heat
I gave this a try based on a Amazon suggestion and the reviews. It is now my family's favorite for chicken on our Recteq wood pellet grill. I also mix in the Head Country High Plains Heat seasoning. Great combo!

It’s our favorite spice to add.
We put this on most the meats we cook. In my opinion it is better than any Meat Church brand. The sweet and smokiness is a perfect flavor.

Pricing not consistent
Great product. It’s ashamed how much the price fluctuates here. It’s constantly cheaper to buy at Walmart and get delivered

Found in TX, came back to NC with me.
Best seasoning on the PLANET! use it for everything from rub on a brisket, to salmon, to chicken, to shrimp and pasta. Hell, just put it on EVERYTHING. I've turned a lot of friends onto this blend, and they have all gotten a big bottle for themselves after trying. :)

I add my magic ingredients and make this base MAGIC !!! With heat. Great RUB starter mix.
This is an excellent and economical base to add your own flavors in the amounts you like, to this to make a rub or sprinkle.I add granulated onion, granulated garlic, white pepper, cayenne powder, smoked chipotle powder, powdered celery, powered chicken lips, fine black pepper, HONEY POWDER, and more - and use it as a rib or chicken rub or sprinkle. Sometimes rub is too much. I add almost no salt but what I did add was Tony Catcherys which has a little heat and good spices. Maybe a dash of real celery salt too. Easy on the salt.Make it your way. Good affordable base to start from with excellent results for my Kamodo, charcoal, Traeger or lazy propane grills rubs or sprinkles. Kamodo by far the best.Haven't used my Traeger in 18 months after getting a Kamodo lump charcoal grill with heavy dome and ceramic shell. THE cat's meow for outdoor chefs.
