Interesting viewpoints
I liked that the book looked at different case studies with different stakeholders.On the downside the book spends a lot of time storytelling at the lack of advising the reader what to do. Because so much of the case studies are context specific I m not sure that you can always take away a learning point. For me the book lacks practical application for the individual reader.

Good buy
I bought this book as a comparison to “Never split the difference” the latter I personally found more interesting, that’s not taking anything away from this book. It was interesting, giving the reader food for thought in very different situations. All good.

Easy to read and good techniques
I'm new ti negotiation and needed some help for daily basic negotiation techniques with not really friendly people. I must say that this book is helping me, both to approach the negotiation and get with it.
