Warning: from experience I know they can go in the refrigerator but not the freezer. The freezer will ruin it

i have purchased this item little more than 5 months ago and it leaking. i would expect the product to last when used properly and i have done so. so why i am unable to enjoy and use it anymore?

I often flip my pillow in the middle of night so I can get to the cold side. I would like to say this pillow has helped me but my oldest daughter stole it after the 4hr setting time was up and I haven’t seen it since. She likes to sleep cold and she has said it helps her stay cooler at night. She had mentioned she doesn’t wake up with sweaty hair.

My doctor suggested this for my hot flashes. It has really made a difference. I am no longer in the late stages of spontaneous human combustion. I thank you, and the fire department thanks you.

I have bought many many chillows over the years Just received this one a week or so ago and it's already leaking. Very disappointed because they are not cheap. I'm hoping that the company will read this and get in touch with me.
