ProLab Essential Whey Protein 21g, Concentrate & Isolate (Vanilla Donut)

I have tried several brands and some are too powerfully sweet. This is just right for me with the sweetness level and I use it solely for my daily shake. Some ice cubes, half a scoop of this with various different frozen berries, some OJ and some Kefir and it tastes somewhat like a frozen orange creamsicle. I love this :)

I have been using Prolab since 93 when they made Milk&Egg Protein Powder that was great stuff. Easy to digest over the decades never had a problem even when not using for 10yrs. I have always used it with yogurt to help in digestion. Hey the older you get the harder it is to digest some meats.

I've been very happy with this protein powder. The flavor is smooth and pleasantly sweet without being overpowering, making it great on its own or blended into shakes with fruit. It mixes easily, even with just water and a spoon, and digests well without causing any stomach issues. With a solid amount of protein per serving, good ingredient quality, and a reasonable calorie count, it offers great value and has become an easy addition to my daily routine.

This is has a very nice taste to it. Sweat, but not too sweat. It strikes a good balance. 76 servings at 21 grams of protein per serving is fairly solid for a 5 pound tub. 21 grams of protein on 120 calories per serving is also okay. The filler is kept fairly low. I’ve had no issues mixing it with water and a spoon. I like to keep my protein shakes simple and this works fine that way. I’d say it’s decent value at the time of this review. It appears to be quality ingredients and has a pleasing flavor. I've had no issues digesting it.

I use two scoops as my coffee creamer (with skim milk). I have dropped 20lbs and gained on all lifts. Best product on the market.
