Quality feel and weight
Got a few pro kitchen knives including some other sabatier.This one looks and feels top notch, good steel that holds its edge well, its a slightly thicker blade though, and notice it clings to onion and potato etc when cutting into them

Oriental knife
Very sharp knife and has a good weight to it. Cuts everything with ease, onions,beef,chicken, peppers. Time will tell how sharp it will stay and how often it will need sharpened. Happy with knife so far.

Excellent knife
I’ve had a few knives from this brand over the years and they all do a great job. They’re very sharp and once dull will sharpen very easily. This was bought as a gift for a friend.
