Beware! Burst blood vessel.
Read the mostly positive reviews and the Wiesner clamp did work effectively for a few days. However, I burst a capillary in my penis and ended up in the hospital emergency department with acute urinary retention! There should be a warning somewhere and advice to discuss with your doctor before using it.

Very comfortable for the jos it does
Good delivery and well packaged and in perfect condition. This is the third type I have tried and I find it the best by far. It makes an enormous difference to my quality of life. Would highly recommend both the seller and the product
