Hoosier Hill Bakers Bags, Bulk Sizes (Big Daddy MAC mix - No Color / 6 lbs)

I have been getting this for a couple years. its great in bulk. It sucks they don't sell in this packaging anymore because the new packaging and whatever they did the flavor is god awful. but this was fantastic and tasted wonderful. bring this back!

I live in Asia and boxed macaroni and cheese is impossible to find. This cheese powder lets our family make our own mac'n'cheese any time. In order to make it even easier, I divided the entire bag into individual cheese packet weights in little baggies (it made 92!). We keep a few in the refrigerator and the rest in a deep freezer. My kids used to ask for macaroni and cheese as birthday dinner because it was so hard to find. Now we're the favorite family on the block because we can serve it whenever their friends come over!

I put 1 1/2 heaping tablespoons of Big Daddy Mac Mix into 14 ounces crushed tomatoes, 1/8 tsp granulized garlic, sprinkle black pepper. Lovely cheesy tomato sauce tonight in my pasta- no cheese grating. WIN

not that i have anything against mac and cheese but i order the health food power kale stuff and when it got dropped you give me this.

I like this stuff. I partition it into canning jars for storage, and use powdered butter and powdered milk for preparation. It is best to stir it with the right amount of water before adding pasta, since it is good at sticking to the spoon otherwise.

Delicious, simple, and money saving. There's really no cheaper way to get kraft's cheese powder and honestly it's worth it. For everyone who loves doing things themselves, having this on hand is a huge help especially if you have kids!

We love this stuff but our first time ordering the big bag it came with a slit in the bag and there is no option for returning it. This is a lot of money for something that can't be returned.
