Drain leak.
Auto drain started leaking and would not shut off after 1 year. Took it apart and epoxied the drain to stop leak. Like to find a manual drain that I could retrofit.

Loose Parts in Auto Drain
When I got the regulator assembly installed and applied air pressure, air poured out of the bottom of the drain. The drain is suppose to automatically open when air pressure is removed from the regulator inlet, blowing out any moisture that has accumulated. On may unit, the auto drain plug would never seal. I took the water collection canister off, and found that the plug and all its associated parts were floating around in the bottom of the canister. I reassembled the auto drain plug, but it still does not seal properly. There is a consistent low level air leak around the drain plug, and there is no valve to manually close the drain plug.
