Compensation 12th Edition

I needed this book for a class toward my master's degree. It served it's purpose and is very informative.I do recommend.

It’s a textbook. Looks great and works like a textbook should... pages all turn well and the words are decently interesting.

The book was completely new when I received it. It is a very easy read and helps you understand the concepts of compensation. This is a textbook I may keep for future usage.

Detailed, schoolbook otherwise i found it boring and difficult to read through because of wordiness and repetition.

Information is applicable in book but broken up by use of case studies. It would have been a better read if the descriptive areas were a complete read with case study or tables after the reading. With the reading broken up I was unable to focus on the concept being discussed and had to reread the material multiple times before understanding the text. Very frustrating to read overall.

Great price, but had to return rental early because after class I decided I needed to highlight it.

As textbooks go, this one was pretty great. Great real-world, current examples, not as dry as I was expecting, and full of great information and resources.
