Knorr Sauce Mix Sauces For Simple Meals and Sides Hollandaise No Artificial Flavors, No Added MSG 0.9 oz

I have hesitated to make Hollandaise sauce from scratch, especially in the morning. My brother sent a photo of the Eggs Benedict he made for his wife, and I was impressed, so I asked for his recipe for the Hollandaise. To my surprise, he texted the link to this product. When I saw the Knorr brand, I knew I could trust it would be delicious. And it is!

Easy to prepare

I've tried two different sauces that came in a jar. They just didn't taste right. I tried this Knorr sauce that you make at home. It's delicious and you make it fresh just before you eat it. And the price is so much better than the sauce in a jar!! For a richer flavor I used half and half instead of milk.

Tastes great and has good texture. A little pricey hence the 4 star rating.

Like the ease of making it

These mixes are my go-to's for a quick and fairly authentic sauces. The Hollandaise is especially good, compared to other brands. It and the Bernaise are my favorites. The Alfredo is pretty bland. They require a cup of milk and optionally, butter, that's it!

The more I use Amazon the quicker and Bette it keeps becoming quicker an quicker!@ Jow for they do this????
