Great Ruled Notebook
I recently purchased my third Moleskine Classic Notebook in the XXL size and use it for journalling and planning.Design and Build Quality:The Moleskine Classic Notebook XXL maintains the sleek, stylish design that Moleskine is known for. The hard cover feels durable and sturdy, giving a sense of reliability that is essential for a notebook that travels everywhere with you. Its black cover is not only classic but also professional, making it suitable for business meetings as well as personal use.Size and Portability:At 8.5" x 11", this notebook is quite large, providing ample space for extensive notes or drawings. Despite its size, it is surprisingly portable. The hardcover and elastic closure ensure that the pages remain secure, and the rounded corners prevent snagging, making it easy to slip into most bags or backpacks.Paper Quality:The 192 ruled pages are made from ivory-colored, acid-free paper. The paper quality is top-notch, with minimal bleed-through even when using fountain pens or markers. This is a significant advantage for those who prefer pens with heavier ink flow. The lines are clear and well-spaced, suitable for both writing and more structured layouts like bullet journaling.Features:One of the standout features of the Moleskine Classic Notebook is its expandable inner pocket. It's perfect for storing loose notes, business cards, or receipts, adding an extra layer of functionality. The notebook also includes a bookmark ribbon, which is incredibly handy for keeping your place without having to dog-ear pages.Usability:The lay-flat design of the spine deserves special mention. Whether you're a left-handed or right-handed writer, the notebook opens flat without needing to hold down the pages, making writing more comfortable and enjoyable.Overall Experience:The Moleskine Classic Notebook XXL is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and functional notebook. Whether for personal journaling, professional note-taking, or creative projects, it stands up to the task with elegance and durability. The only downside might be its size if you prefer something more compact, but for those who need the extra space, it's an ideal choice.

Very nice!
Yes, it's an expensive notebook with hipster connotations. That said, I still kinda wanted one after reading about these somewhere on the internets but couldn't pull the trigger since the unlined version is not nearly OCD enough for me (way too free form) and the lined version reminds me of the lined paper I had to use in public school, and who wants to remember that waste of 13 years of life you'll never get back?I found the grid version accidentally on Amazon and be still my beating heart! GRID SQUARES?! In a durable notebook that looks more like pointy nose literature you could use to chat up dirty blonde clod-shod nurses wearing hot librarian glasses at the hospital cafeteria (well, assuming you had a black Lab puppy with you or something I guess, I have no game and will die alone) or the secret operating manual for a nuclear missile silo? And it doesn't make you look like you're going back for your GED at 30 if people see you carrying it to the truck or see it sitting on your desk at work? I was hooked. These things are better than crack, they should just give the first one away free and you'll be lining up for more at any price. I discovered it's a very high quality tool that's worth paying a premium for and wished I'd had these a long time ago.Let me break it down for you: I'm an engineer and while going through the four year long, sleep deprived, 80-hour week, repetitive kick in the b@%$# that is engineering school they make you (yes, MAKE you!) do all your homework on this special grid paper called, crazily enough, engineering paper that costs a fortune and ensures that you'll never be dating while hauling a huge tablet of nerd paper and huge calculator though the library at 10:00 PM still attempting poorly to finish all your horrific calculus/thermo/fluid mechanics/sediment transport homework after staying up playing WOW all night. If you were smart enough not to go to engineering school and never had to use the stuff, Amazon probably sells it if you're bored enough to want to see what it looks like (edit: I looked, they do, neat!). Engineering school and engineering paper trains you to write and draw in these little squares and makes everything look all nice and stuff when you review it later. Or not. Either way it's an essential piece of engineer equipment. To this day at work I write everything on grid paper at work and at home as a result. In engineering and surveying we have these things called field books (Amazon sells these too, can life get any better?) but they're not something I'd want to use every day, don't feel real good and work too well since they're kinda small and not suited for people who write big as I do and write a lot with a jubilee of pens. I've always wanted a smaller version of engineering paper (not 8.5 x 11, in other words) for drawing and writing somewhat neatly and organized as we engineers were forced to do in college. Something bound, something tough enough to survive life on the road and in the field making the mediocre bucks, something cooler looking than a giganto fresh tablet of green engineering paper that reminds me of wasting my youth and hair in engineering school when I should've been doing something different (engineering school will still be there when you're 30, kids...).This is it, sports fans. If you're an engineer this bad boy will be close to your heart. If you're not, it will make you OCD and cause you to print in all caps in small squares and draw lots of pictures. Or not. Either way this is a great piece of kit if you need to draw nice engineering style pics and like lots of lines to show you the way while writing important stuff.

Awesome buy.
I’m a first responder so these make my job easier. Great size and good sturdy material. Wish they were a bit cheaper but you honestly get what you pay for. Sturdy paper and the pen doesn’t bleed through the other side. Awesome notebook to have out on the field.
