what is the difference between the Invicta 29178 and the 30091, they look the same?

The 300 series has a Miyota automatic movement in a 42mm case, and a "Jubilee" bracelet which is much better for comfort. Also, much, much better luminous on the dial. It will literally glow all night. Other then some minor cosmetic details, that's about it. I do not know how long Invicta will keep making the 300 series, but I prefer them to the 8926 OB models. The hour pips in the 8900 series are too small, and the luminosity dies quickly. Suffice it to say I have 2 8900 series Invics, and 2 300 series Invics. Guees which I wear and which I plan to sell. The 300 series are just better, IMHO. 😁

Invicta 30091 what movement does it use?

It's an NH35A automatic movement.

How difficult is it to take out links to size the band? The couple of jewlers I taked to, said there a pain to size. Do they have the basic push pins?

While they look like basic push pins, my husband couldn't do it himself. He brought it to a watch repair place and they had no problem resizing it. Hope this helps!
