Hauck Eco Wagon - Forest Green

Great quality product

I had to place my order with POKKAADOTS instead of Amazon because Amazon wouldn't ship it to my address. They have great customer service and made sure we received our wagon in good condition.The Hauck Wagon is on the pricey side, but really, you're not paying much more than you would if you bought one of the decked out Radio Flyer wagons. The Hauck Wagon has rubber wheels which is a big plus. It's doesn't make very much noise when pulling it through the neighborhood as one with plastic wheels would be. I've also found that these wheels do well in soft soil after a rain. The wheels are on the wider side with good traction so I don't have any problems getting stuck. It seems very stable given the fact that the wheels sit further out than most wagons. I'm not worried about it tipping over if my son leans a bit outside the wagon. There is a decent amount of padding for sitting, so he sits very comfortably in the wagon and enjoys riding around in it. There are no straps or buckles for those looking to strap their kids in. It folds up easily for transporting it, but I mostly leave it in wagon mode. It is a bit bigger than I had expected but I'm happy with my purchase.

We love it

The Hauck Hauck wagon is very well designed- especially the front wheels that is used to steer. Most other wagons have the unique "S" design that minimize the tipping hazard but makes it hard to turn. The Hauck Hauck wagon design incorporates a wider wheelbase so there is very little chance it will tip when you make a turn. (So the only drawback is getting through narrow doors).The parking brake is a very well designed feature as well, with a tip that digs deep into the wheel for a better grip. Just be careful the kids don't use it as a brake when going down hills, as it will strip off the tires. The wheels have ball bearings so are very quiet and smooth. It takes almost no effort to go up the hills and across a flat road.My son often falls asleep in his other wagon but he cannot lie down because of the seat. With this wagon, he has no problem lying down and takes a nap while I wheel him back home. The seats don't have a seat belt, so you need to be mindful of that. The canopy is designed for the sun so should not be used in the rain. (Also, the wheel bearings will rust out if you use it in the rain).The weight capacity is about 50 kg (110 lbs). LOVE this wagon! It far surpasses all other wagons we have seen in features, durability and overall aesthetic. The wide rubber tires offer a smooth ride for all terrain. The canopy is metal and very sturdy. And we love that the handle is spring loaded to remain upright. The wagon is huge, allowing for lots of space for multiple kids and their things but could be an issue if you were limited on storage space.
