Seem genuine. Nowhere close to expiration date. (those are pretty much the two concerns, of course). I didn’t compare the price to drug store but didn’t care. Just didn’t want to go out to get.

I've been on proton pump inhibitors for a while with little results but this H2 inhibitor actually works much better for me with my reflux symptoms. Great product!

Whenever I would get the kind of pain I managed daily, due to several different surgeons from the time I was two years old. Sometimes the pain isn't controlled by the ever changing pain management drugs so many people are abusing. Why would they want to take those when you feel so much better, NOT taking them. So if I reach for plain old aspirin I also take Pepcid along with calcium and magnesium for the chemical engineering your body needs.
