We did a remodel on a condo that we sold this summer. We marketed the condo as a perfect VRBO rental and sold it furnished. This couch worked out well, as it was modern/contemporary and functional as a futon bed. It is comfortable to sit on, but not for a long movie. Oddly, It is more comfortable to sleep on. It was easy to assemble and looks amazing in the living room. The one disappointment was a small cut in the fabric on one of the cushion corners. We repaired it but felt like sharp objects should be held at bay.

Was hesitant to buy because the review pictured did match the color as posted, but the whole sofa is the color of my first close up pic!!! It does not look the same in pictures, at all. It’s a beautiful dark emerald green as posted in first picture, & is not “glossy” like the review pictures. My pictures of the couch in full also look different. It just doesn’t show it’s real color in pictures.So easy to assemble.

This was easy to assemble and even easier to use. The only complaint I have is the legs. They are much shorter than they appear in photos and are made of plastic. Once this was assembled the legs felt a little flimsy as it was being moved to where it would be placed in the room.The futon itself isn't too heavy and can be moved by one person, but felt like the legs would break as they were dragged across carpet. For this reason it took two people to move it so that it could be lifted off the floor while maneuvering.Initially the padding was a little stiff but has loosened up the more it has been used. If you are more than 5 foot tall it will feel that you are really low to the ground when sitting. Adjusting the back to convert from couch to a bed and back is simple and quick and takes seconds to complete.Overall this works exactly as expected and looks good. Being that it's just over $300 this is exactly what someone should expect for a piece of furniture in this price range.

The couch looks luxurious and it’s comfortable. However, it is pretty short but great for small space. Also keep in mind. The arm rest and legs pieces are stored in the back of the couch behind the zipper. I was confused for a second and thought I was missing pieces.

I bought this as a solution for a furniture issue. I have a very small place and I thought a nice fold up. That would be cool for guests. It is comfortable. I’ve fallen asleep on it a few times. I’ve noticed that I’ve had to tighten the legs a few times. and the fabric is not quite as durable as I had hoped. There’s already a little tear in it. It’s easy to clean though. Just a very lightly damp rag will clean any hair off of it. I also noted that it’s very difficult to clean the space between the cushions on the seat of the couch. Even with a special attachment on my vacuum cleaner, I’ve struggled

I have had 3 units of this particular couch. I returned the first unit because there was a decent amount of rust on the screws and many of the screws were stripped from improper screw driver assembly. The side arms assembly parts were loose and did not go in easily there were slightly crocked...2nd unit this one was better but still rusty screws and and slightly stripped however this unit had worn out felt on the underside from shipping movement. The box they ship in is not thick enough. There were holes in the felt under the unit and I was a little upset by this you cannot email the company you have to call them and I didn't want to.3. I ordered another company's couch but I didn't realize it was foam only and this unit to their applause does have a real spring under the seat, so number three I was worried because there was a hole in the box and here's something the price changed 80.00 down in my favor so I bought it but my luck there were two screw holes for the legs that were not good. I have a tap and die kit and chased the holes to fix and there were definitely burrs and some issues but the 2nd hole was a mess and I finally had to drill out the hole and had a helicoil to fix the hole took about 1 hour 2 hours total to mess around. Now the legs attach, however the legs are now plastic instead of mild steel thanks *rumps tariff. So the plastic works but it makes it a little scary to flip the couch over after attaching the legs. Now the entire couch is working and fine but what hassle I went through. Returning 2 couches is no fun but note it will fit into a hatchback car if you have a decent size dolly/4 wheel cart. It looks good but it is hard to find an ottoman to match the linen as this is a tight linen pattern and the ottomans on A.... are wider... at Dec 21/Jan 22 I paid 302 from 380 around Dec Christmas rates!!! sucks badly....

I am short in statue 5’2” futon was too low to the ground and I had to search for something to raise it up 5”, I tried to ask manufacturers to sent longer legs Nd got no reply. I did buy ugly raisers that look like plant pots with futon sitting on them. I purchased assembly and that appeared simple to do for professional. The couch functions well, ad never said it was so low and difficult to stand once you’re seated for elderly person. I picked it I’ll have to live with it

I got the green color and I love it. I will say the couch is not very comfortable by itself but I’m not really a couch person in general so it works for me. I added pillows for more comfort and that helps. Overall I love the way it looks and is great for temporary lounging/sitting.

The media could not be loaded.  I received this sofa 5 days ago. While putting it together I noticed that the legs were plastic and had doubts that it would easily break. The sofa is not comfortable so I didn't sleep on it to avoid breaking it and it still broke down this morning !! The legs letteraly snapped! This is really dangerous if you have kids or pets like me. My cat always sits underneath my furniture and I m so thankful that he wasn't at that moment.I tried to request a refund but you have to return it first. I didn't keep the box because ofc I didn't expect it to break, I don't have a car and I live alone, So how am I supposed to send it back??

It is a very nice couch, high quality, chic, modern, streamlined design, the light gray color, the linen fabrics, all make it an elegant versatile futon sofa bed. I will recommend it.

Cheap plastic feet broke within hours of it being in our home. Useless. One star because it will be easy to put back into its box to take to the landfill or bonfire.

I ordered the same futon for my Daughter and it came with the right arm missing. That was disappointing.
