Damaged: The Dillon Sisters

The two books wove together seamlessly. As if written by only one author. Book one, Deathly was Aria’s story, and book 2, Damaged is Briar’s. I do recommend reading in order.Damaged was a darker part of the duet. Full of suspense and twists. I have to say, Briar’s thoughts throughout this story cracked me up....So I would be thinking oh no! This can’t be happening! Then Briar would have her thoughts on the matter, and I would be doubled laughing. Loved her sense of humour.This was another new author for me and will definitely be looking for more of her books

Both Dillon sister books are faultless and flowing and fantastic. Hard to put down and depressing when finished because I loved it so much. Off to find my next LF book that can compare to this :)

Damaged was the perfect book to make up the Dillon sisters duet.Briar & Alexander’s story was a bit darker but just as much a love story as Deathly.Even though she’d been through so much in her short life, Briar could be quirky & funny but throughout the book her love for her sister shone through.Alexander was the perfect hero for Briar, he would do anything for her, he adored her.All in all, it was a fab read. I love Layla Frosts’ work, I devour everything she writes and this is one of her best.

Oh wow...right now I’m still in shock after reading this book! Even tho these books are standalone the best experience is to read Deathly first. The background it gives you will help you understand even more what Briar’s life has been like and the struggles she faces daily. That said this book completely stands alone and is an amazing story of Briar’s mental health and the struggles that she faces daily.Alexander...what to say on the outside he seems a normal guy, but on the inside there’s a cauldron bubbling with his own demons. How they come together is a fascinating and slightly disturbing story. But once you start you won’t want to stop. It’s compelling reading and an experience I’m so glad I got to read. Whilst reading I wasn’t ever quite sure where this book would end up tbh. The excitement and adrenaline of their story grips you so hard.I loved the way the ending was told too. A Wonderful story of love and acceptance despite everything.

Have been waiting for this book release and it didn't disappoint... loved the characters and the storyline. Can't wait to read the next one... definitely recommend..

Wow!I really don't know what else to say.This left me speechless and in awe of the writer's ability to weave such a tale.I loved Alexander and Briar, even though they pushed me to the edge of understanding their relationship a time or two. For one so broken, she was so strong, and for one so put together, his need for her was sublime.If you're going to read this, make sure you read Brynne Asher's book first.
