What size are the holes please? Im trying to think of a way to make more rigid with metal poles fitted to a wardrobe

The holes in the grommets are 10mm diameter. While metal poles are going to be rigid and won't flex if supported at each end of a wardrobe.You may be able to avoid creasing of the screen by usung PVC water drainage pipe and forget about the holes by fixing the screen to the pipe with 50mm carpet tape. My advice however is to not use the flimsy 100" screen advertised. I found that white non-transparent curtain lining fairly stiff can be ironed virtually stiff of creases and rolled around the pole for storage. When you buy the plastic pipe look for a piece that is absolutely straight. If it isn't straight rolling the cloth around it tightly will be a problem. When not in use stote the rolled screen wont develop a curve.

Whats the screens dimension?

The dimension of 120 inch screen is 265*149cm.

This screen support double side projection, and you can use it for rear projections, but because our screen is made of thicker material, generally we don't recommend rear projection, also the projector light through the screen will affect the watching experience if you use rear projeetions.

How can the screen size be 150 inches and only offer a viewing area of 131 inches? Will it fit a 150 inch wall across?

I would suggest that a 150" screen is too big for this projector unless you have a totally black room. Use in daylight in a room with the curtains closed will probably be disappointing.150 inches is the diagonal of a 16 x 9 aspect ratio screen. I have'nt been using the 100" screen I bought with the projector as the creases which, due to the folds, spoil the picture. I use white curtain blackout lining (54" wide), which irons out perfectly flat, and is easier to fit on a normal home wall. An audience of about 10 persons get a good view. The projector fan is noticeable background noise so sound volume needs to be turned quite high. For a 150" screen you need a wall at least 120" (3.05 mtrs) clear. For 100" you need a a wall about 85" (2.16 mtrs) wide for a decent fit.
