The Nation Must Awake: My Witness to the Tulsa Race Massacre of 1921

This made me realize that we as a nation have not made much progress. I appreciate the details although found them very troubling.Anyone interested in social justice should read this book. I feel all politicians should be required to really this book.

Nothing not to like except the history. What an awful thing for humans to do to each other!

This book open in eyes to a horrible time in American History. I’m embarrassed that I was not aware of this massacre. We must never forgot this. I’m praying that one day the descendants will get restitution. GOD bless all the descendants of these brave black people.

Love love love this book, I would recommend it to everyone. History needs to reflect this true American tragedy and the impacts that’s still are felt today.
