This mat makes replanting inside a breeze. I live in a 4th floor condo with super limited balcony space, so this has made my planting days so much easier. I pop it open and snap the corners and have a great work space. When I’m done, I unsnap one corner and use it as a funnel to discard the extra dirt directly in the garbage. Then, fold it to store. Would definitely recommend!

I like that it’s not as crinkly as my plastic potting mat. It is a nice size & texture. Coated canvas.I may also use it as a protective layer under my dog’s portable travel bed.

While this product did help to kind of contain the potting soil, etc. while repotting some plants, the sides definitely are not as stiff as the product pictures/images advertise. They snap together fairly easily, but do not stand upright, so some dirt still ends up on the floor. Won't go through the effort of returning it since the price was right, but probably would not buy again.

I wanted this repotting mat so I could pot plants on my kitchen peninsula without making a mess. I studied the descriptions of LOTS of them before finding this one. It is generously sized, so it will hold my potting soil, several pots, several plants, and my tools, while remaining a reasonable size that will fit my space. I have used it, and am happy to report there was not a speck of dirt or mess in my kitchen. The heavy weight fabric is so much nicer than the tarp material that so many are made of, and I'm sure it will last for years. I like it so much I ordered another as a gift.
