I've been using the mega gla for a few years now. I usually us3 it in the fat flush. Iand it is recommended for this diet. Really helps me she'd the pounds. Besides, I fee it helps withnmnhot flashes as well. Great price too. It've tried buying it at my local organic supermarket, it's much more there.

I felt this was a waste of money. I did not feel any benefit at all. Don't bother with this.

So these are little magical pills! I read a hippie blog about GLA helping adrenals & since I suffer(ed) from clinical Adrenal Fatigue (24h cortisol saliva rest results), I decided to see if true. I stopped my dessicated adrenal cortex supplement, took GLA & waited for the dibilitating exhaustion to creep up. NOPE, never happened. I'm still stunned after 6 weeks! Even better, I had my progesterone & estrogen retested & my horone labwork is falling into NORMAL ranges. I haven't been that close unless using hormone creams! Will never ever be without these!

I switched to these from another product, much better. It's one of those things I take that I notice I don't feel quite right if I don't take it, without any specific nagging issues. Just makes me feel better.
