This is the Ultimate Battle Binder. Velcro is placed on the outside for name tape and rank. The outside also has a slash pocket. Inside there are 5 credit card slots, two slash pockets, mesh ID window, zippered storage pocket, large gussetted storage pocket and a removable velcro 3 ring binder. There is also an 8.5" x 11" writing pad and elastic pen loop.

Great binder
Great binder, but consider using smaller binder rings, as the ones in there are massive, and squish the note pad as well as anything else you put in there.

Binder is too narrow. Standard size papers get caught ...
Binder is too narrow. Standard size papers get caught in the zipper. Outside pocket came unstitched in the first week of use. I'm making it work, but it's not what I was hoping for and expecting.
