Our kids are having a blast, and even the adults are getting in on the action. It rides smooth, feels incredibly sturdy, and the spring brake at the end is longer than expected—in a good way. It slows riders down safely and makes every zip feel secure. 🛠 Installation We’re not particularly handy, but installation only took us a couple of hours from start to finish. Honestly, it was so simple it made me a little nervous—but it’s solid as a rock. Once up, it feels extremely strong and safe. 🤔 Something to Consider The rubber tubing was the trickiest part. Feeding the wire through it was a pain, and we ended up cutting it in half to make it work—which turned out just fine. It’s definitely a necessary part of the setup for safety, but be prepared for that step to take the most time. 💸 Overall Value For the price, this is an amazing way to add adventure and excitement to your outdoor space. It’s well-built, family-friendly, and 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

I would give 5 star because this is awesome but it was missing a strap hook for the seat. And there is no number to call for missing pieces. I'm not going to take down the whole thing to return for a safety hook on seat.

The turnbuckles that we had (which came with it) snapped and we need to purchase more - But we need to know the size of the turnbuckle. Can you please let us know what it is?? The Zipline is fantastic & we loved it - we used it for 5 days before the turnbuckles broke.

My grandkids love it! We set it up between pine trees at our cabin and the yard is now a fun playground for them. The like is easy to install and its easy to use (just don’t place it too steep or you’ll definitely come down too fast and hard!)

Exactly what I expected. The toy arrived as described and works perfectly. My child loved it and has been playing with it nonstop. Very happy with this purchase.

My kids and their friends really loved this for about nine months. I noticed last week that the spring at the end (so you don’t run into the tree) was compressed and twisted. I easily got that dealt with but I noticed two different spots in that spring area where the line has started to come apart. It didn’t seem too bad or like it would break, so I continued letting them use it some. A couple days later, the kids told me the rope/seat thing was stuck and wouldn’t come back. The spring and that area was fine but an area a little before the spring was very frayed, and the seat thing wouldn’t come back over it. That’s it for the zip line bc there’s no way to fix this. I guess the money spent for that time frame was fine, but my kids are disappointed and I can’t say we are happy about it being ruined already. I will also add that it’s a little fussy to install bc you really need to be sure you’re at a good angle between the two trees you pick and you need to leave enough line to wrap around the trees, so it’s a little shorter than we had expected.
