They are serrated which is one up on my old set. They cut so much better.

good for the price
grabbed these as a stop gap solution until i'm ready to invest in a higher end complete set with block.sturdy, definitely sharp enough on first use. grabbed these vs the serrated so i could do an easy home sharpen if needed in the future. happy with the purchase. would recommend at this price point for sure.
