Countless mask and no mask has been this comfortable as a side sleeper. Only wish it was larger to cover around nose and cheeks more for keeping more light out. However when adjusted and pushing nose contour down I don’t have to adjust as much. Love that no Velcro so it does not get tangled in hair and doesn’t mess up my silk pillowcases.Finally a good night rest.

This was my first time purchasing a sleep mask, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to sleep with the feeling of something on my face. That is not the case with this particular sleep mask. It is made of a soft, silky material and is very comfortable on the face. The strap is adjustable to fit anyone without being too tight and painful. It is very effective at blocking out light, even around the nose area.I recently moved to a new apartment in the middle of the city and there are so many lights outside my window. My apartment is also loft style, so if my husband is still awake in another part of the apartment, there's no way to block the light to the bedroom. This mask has blocked out all the light from outside and inside the apartment. It also comes with earplugs, which I haven't used, but it's a nice feature. Additionally, it comes with a little bag which is useful for travel or storage.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the last two nights, it has inexplicably slipped off my face sometime during the night. I tightened the strap last night and it still slipped off. The first few nights it didn't slip off, though, so I'm not sure if it's a mask issue or user error. Either way, it's something to keep in mind.

I love that the eye mask has a single adjustable, elastic, thin, FLAT strap. A strap can make or break the overall use. The silk is so soft and light, it barely feels like I am wearing it. It keeps all light out- ALL. The nose flap covers the spots where light usually peeks through. The length of the eye mask keeps light from peeking in the sides. I can’t sleep anymore unless I wear it. Easily hand wash in the sink. My first one has worn out after 4 years, so I’m ordering 2 more just in case they stop making or selling this style. It’s PERFECT! No complaints.

I can't sleep when the sun starts to rise and sometimes I just want an extra hour of zzz's on the weekend. I asked for this for Christmas and received it as a gift. It came with a little mesh draw string bag and a set of foam ear plugs in a small plastic case. A nice plus given the modest price.I don't sleep with it on all night, but if the sun starts to wake me, I slip it on and get some more sleep time. It's very soft and thin, which is a plus (you don't want something bulky on your face. The nose flaps take a little effort to position, but are necessary to really block the light from peeking around your nose. The strap is adjustable. I love it.And so did my son. My boys share a room and one son was complaining that the other had his light on at night reading and it was keeping him up. I suggested he try my mask. Problem solved—he kept the mask and uses it regularly. I had to order a 2nd for myself :).PS I haven't noticed any staining from the first mask (as another recent reviewer noted), but will update if the 2nd mask stains pillow cases.

I love this mask! It's silky and covers your face comfortably so no light wakes you up. I have 2 in case I lose one at night I just grab the spare and go back to sleep.

Update: As far as 'no staining of the pillowcase' in my original review, that is no longer true. Shortly after the review, I started to see black lines on my pillowcase so I washed the mask to see if it would stop and no, it continues to stain my pillowcase. I have washed the mask many times and it still leaves black lines which are really hard to get out! The staining on the pillowcase is bad enough but I wonder how safe this unstable dye chemicals are to wear next to skin?! I took 2 stars away because of this problem and would appeal to the company to change to at least stable dye or natural dye.I love this eye mask! Out of dozens I've used over many years, it's the best! Best for adjustability and comfort, light blocking, and staying put all night. I'm very petite and every eye mask on the tightest adjustment is too big and doesn't stay put but this has a slide adjustment so it's perfect to get exactly the right fit. Love the silk! Super soft and light and does not press on my eyes and is not uncomfortable when adjusted correctly. It is the best I"ve had for blocking light and the extra 'flap' of material is helpful for that and only requires being tucked under once then stays put all night. I've worn mine for a week now and no staining of my pillow case as many others have.

I’ll start off with the pros of this product first. I LOVE how soft the mask itself is. It feels like a luxury item, honestly. I also like that they include a mesh bag to place it in while not in use. It’s very accommodating to me, considering I ALWAYS lose my mask somewhere in the bed/bedroom. The fact that it fits on my face nicely, and blocks out 100% of the light is a complete win for me. I’m happy that it is a decent sized mask, and covers my entire face - no issues. My mask NEVER fell off throughout the entire night, and I am a busy body when I sleep. However, there are also a few things I dislike about the product. Since there is an adjustable band, if you tighten it too tight, it pulls directly in your eye area, mushing the mask into your eyes. My old eye mask did not touch my eyes, so the fit is a little foreign to me. If you want a mask that does not touch your eyes, this is not the mask for you. I’m learning to adjust to it. I don’t care for the fact that if you tuck the elastic band behind your ears, it will make them a little sore and when you wake. To fix this problem, I generally just keep my hair covering my ears. Personal preference for me. Overall, it gets the job done, and I am satisfied with my purchase.
