Dried out, unusable product
EDIT**--After my review below, the vendor did give me a refund, so I added one star to my review.Total waste of money. The "masks" were dried out and unusable.

Product arrived in unusable state, all dried up. The company reached out to me and did refund my money.

This flaked on. Not really what a mask is supposed to do.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this and was excited to use, tried to apply it but it flakes on. Very hard to coat the face like a mask is supposed to do. Not happy with this product and would not buy it again.

DISGUSTING.
Inside the package is a solid mass of whatever this is. Am I supposed to smear this solid chunk against my face? Am I supposed to cook it? Gross. NOPE.

Don’t order this - unusable
Masks were completely dried out and hardened. Could not use or return.

This product was not as expected. It seems old and dry. That made it very hard to apply at all and I could not. Spread it evenly over my face.
