Not great quality
I don't know if its the product itself or just the Amazon shipping, but I purchased three separate posters like this and all three arrived torn and/or crinkled. The ones that were crinkled I tried to flatten under large books, but they remained creased. I processed returns and the second versions arrived in the same manner.

Poster
The poster came in a flat envelope without any notations on the front of it stating that it should not be folded. The envelope was folded, causing creases in the poster and a small tear. These poster should be mailed out in a tube where it can be rolled up - so they do not get creases. This was to be a gift, but it would look like a used gift if I gave it to the teacher who wanted it.

NO BOSS EVER
All the teachers in my building are jealous of these signs. I love them because we try to connect the behaviors that students have in school can be the same ones that will keep them from being first choice at a job or college interview.
