They are useful and versatile. I think I've stretched them out a little some are longer then others but no wear or tear on them after 2 weeks of usuage

My daughter and I used these when we went on vacation. They came in their own carry bag and were a great size to three in a travel bag. Worked great with different resistance and versatile for different exercises

Handle broke after third use

I am very happy with these exercise bands. It is so great to be able to work out from home. All the workouts I used to do at the gym I now don't have to pay for. It is like having a full set of workout equipment at home. I am a tall person and sometimes the bands can have an awkward length but nothing that interferes with my workout. The instructions that came with the bands are super helpful and show SO many exercises that you can do. Staying in shape even stuck at home is no longer a problem.
