It WORKED!!!
We lost our remote to our Monte Carlo ceiling fan 2 years ago. Tried to find a new one, but they all were priced ridiculously high for a 15 year old fan. I ordered this one as a long shot and IT WORKED!!! We didn't even need to replace the receiver!

Works well with the Maxima so far. However, remember this receiver goes below the motor so it's more complicated than the usual installation on top.
