One of my new go to knives for cutting vegetables. Stays very sharp as you re-hone the blade each time you put it in its sharpening sleeve.It would be nice if the holder was more weighted...you have to hold it down when drawing the knife from it.

The media could not be loaded. I’m so sick of buying expensive knives from the store and they go dull after only a few uses. BUT THIS KNIFE has its own sharpener in the holder itself so every time you pull the knife out to use it, it’s sharpening. This knife is my new favorite and I send it to all of my friends! Highly recommend adding this to your kitchen
